Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Rinse salmon and pat dry. Sprinkle the salmon with the salt, herbamare, pepper, mustard powder, and rosemary. Place the lemon slices over the fish fillet along with the sliced onion and garlic slivers. Mix together the grape seed oil and lemon juice then drizzle the fillet evenly. Cover with foil. Bake the salmon for 15 -25 minutes, or until just cooked through but still moist. Serve immediately. Can serve some of the accumulated juices to spoon over the fish or a squeeze the juice of a fresh lemon.  ...

GINGERY ORANGE PORK LOIN WITH BACON WRAPPED BUTTERNUT SQUASH

For Pork Loin: Turn the loin on its side and cut a pocket in the center of the pork loin and stuff the tangerines/oranges inside (like stuffing a pita pocket). Combine all dry ingredients including salt, pepper, syurp, and olive oil/grape seed oil in a small bowl to form a paste. Rub paste on all sides of the pork loin and season them with extra sea salt and pepper. Pour the chicken broth into your baking pan and set the loin inside. For the Butternut Squash: Peel the squash with a veggie peeler. Cut in half. Remove seeds. Cut into 1 inch thick slices. Toss squash cubes in oil. Sprinkle with all dry ingredients and toss more to evenly season. Cut the bacon pieces in half. Wrap every other squash cube with bacon and place on the skewer. (one wrapped – one not – one wrapped – one not) I have a metal flexible skewer. This allows me to place the kabob in a circle around the loin inside the baking pan. ZESTY MEAT BALLS AND SPAGHETTI SQUASH

Dump your tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, hot pepper relish and Italian seasoning into your slow cooker and stir well. Cut your squash in half and scoop out the seeds. Place your 2 squash halves face down into your slow cooker. Roll your ground sausage and ground beef/deer/turkey  into meatballs, then fit as many as you can in the sauce around the squash. Cook on High for 3 hours or cook on low for 5 hours. Use a large fork to pull the “spaghetti” out of your squash, then top with your meatballs and sauce.
