Tomato Basil Soup Recipe

I am sending you a delicious, quick, and easy Tomato Basil Soup Recipe. Remember you are worth it and so is your family.



  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 yellow onion chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary crushed
  • 2 bunches fresh basil chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh sage
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme
  • 24 ounces of pureed tomatoes (organic, BPA free– from Fiesta)
  • 1 pint organic whole cream
  • 2 cans organic tomato sauce (organic, BPA free)
  • 1 quart of organic vegetable broth (may add a little extra for thinner consistency.)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 – 2 bunches of kale middle stem peeled out and leaves chopped
  • (Can add diced chicken or ground beef for more protein)


  1. Heat olive oil on medium heat in a large pot
  2. Add onion and cook for about 4-5 mins
  3. Add garlic and herbs next and cook another 2 mins
  4. Add spices, broth, water, tomato sauce, and tomatoes to pot and bring to a boil
  5. Once soup is at a boil, reduce to simmer and add cream
  6. Simmer soup for 25 minutes
  7. Add chopped kale to pureed soup and stir into pot


Serves 6. Serve with crunchy Mary’s crackers or a piece of toasted sprouted grain bread. **Please buy all organic ingredients if possible**
