6 Things to Help Boost Your Immune System
6 THINGS I AM DOING TO HELP BOOST MY IMMUNE SYSTEM:
Eating well: Getting in plenty of fruits and veggies. Also decreasing my sugar intake (sugar is an enemy to your immune system.)
Hydrating: Drinking plenty of clean water.
Getting Good Sleep: Taking my CBD oil before bed and “Pure Rest”, turning off all devices earlier, and unwinding my mind- by meditating before bed.
Exercise: taking pilates “online” 2X a week, morning movements/stretching & rolling, and daily walking. Getting out into nature is very healing and grounding.
